• No Direct Collection: We do not operate servers that harvest user profiles, emails, or behavioral tracking.
• Local Storage: Game progress, settings, and high scores are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, this data is removed.
• Crash Reporting: We may receive anonymous, aggregate crash logs via platform providers (Apple/Google) to identify software defects. These logs do not contain personally identifiable information (PII).

3. Third-Party Service Providers

While Moonforge Arcade LLC does not collect data, our Services are distributed via third-party platforms that may collect data under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the data practices of:
